Great question!
Both Baby Sleep Revolution™ and Baby Sleep Unlocked™ are built on the same solid sleep science, and both can help your little one settle faster and sleep better. But they’re a bit different in how they work and who they’re best for.
Which one’s right really depends on your little one…
For many little ones, just a few simple tweaks and changes here and there are enough to help them settle quickly and sleep soundly — and that’s exactly what Baby Sleep Unlocked™ is all about. It helps you get how sleep really works and walks you through seven key strategies to help support your baby’s natural sleep regulation system and minimise wakefulness. For the majority of parents, it’s all they’ll ever need!
But if your baby or toddler has been very wakeful at night for some time (many weeks or months), they may need a more specific/precise approach. Which is where Baby Sleep Revolution™ comes in. It guides you through a unique, step-by-step process designed to help transition your little one out of the chronically disrupted sleep pattern they’re in, and into to one that’s consistently restful.
So what I generally recommend to parents is:
If your little one is 5+ months old (adjusted/corrected) and REALLY wakeful at night…
So they’re waking very frequently (hourly/every sleep cycle for some or all of the night), or they’re wide awake or restless for extended periods either every night, or on and off – and they’ve been like this for many weeks or months, and you’re pretty sure low sleep pressure is what’s causing the wakefulness, then Baby Sleep Revolution™ is probably the best option.
Otherwise:
If your little one is wakeful, but not quite that wakeful (you’re managing at the moment but would LOVE to get to a better place so that you can get on with enjoying life), or they’re younger than 5 months (adjusted/corrected), or you’re still in the process of figuring out what’s causing their wakefulness, then go with Baby Sleep Unlocked™.
Still not 100% sure?
If you’re leaning towards Baby Sleep Revolution™ but you’re not 100% sure, firstly go through the checklist and watch the video: ‘Is BSR Right For You?’ which you’ll find about halfway down the BSR program page – the video explains exactly how the process works and will help you work out if the program is likely to be a good fit for you and your situation.
If you’re still unsure after that, then Baby Sleep Unlocked™ is probably the best place to start, and may be all you need. Baby Sleep Revolution™ will still be here for you if you decide you need it down the track – and there’s a couple of special offers if you end up deciding to join BSR at a later date…
BSR 30 Day Switch Offer – this is for you if you’re on the fence right now! If you join Baby Sleep Unlocked™ and then decide within 30 days that you actually need Baby Sleep Revolution, you can switch to BSR and get a discount equal to what you paid for BSU. Just email [email protected] before your 30 days are up and within 48 hours, we’ll send you your unique coupon to join BSR. Your coupon will expire 30 days after the date you first joined BSU – so we recommend getting in touch at least a few days early to make sure you’ve got time to use it. Your access to BSU will be revoked when you switch. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts and can only be applied to the full price.
BSR Exclusive Offer for BSU Members – if you join Baby Sleep Unlocked™ and then decide at any point down the track that you’d like to join BSR, you’ll be able to access a special offer that gives you $30 USD off Baby Sleep Revolution™. This offer reflects the fact that there is some crossover between the two in terms of the background information / insights (because they’re both based on the same sleep science, after all!). This offer is exclusive to BSU members and can be accessed anytime from within the BSU Member’s Portal.
I hope this helps make it easier to decide!
