Personalised Sleep Consultations
If you’re struggling with sleep or feeling stuck, and you’d love things to feel calmer, easier and more restful – you’re in the right place!
My consultations are designed to help identify what’s contributing to your little one’s sleep challenges and give you a clear, personalised plan designed to support more settled, restful sleep going forward.
I work with a small number of families per week – 10 at most, often fewer.
The goal is to help sleep feel easier, more restful and to run smoothly in the background rather than taking up so much of your headspace – because life’s too precious to be worrying about sleep!
A different approach…
Every baby is different, which is why I don’t recommend generic schedules or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I look at the bigger picture, including your little one’s age, sleep needs, current sleep pattern, sleep history, settling approach and any other factors that may be influencing sleep.
A key area I specialise in is sleep pressure – one of the main biological drivers of sleep.
Because in my experience, one of the most common reasons babies can struggle to sleep well is that their sleep pressure isn’t building to the level needed to support settled, restful sleep.
When sleep pressure isn’t high enough, it can lead to challenges like sleep resistance, short naps, difficulty transferring, frequent night waking, false starts, split nights, restless sleep or early morning waking.
Sometimes improving sleep involves just a few key adjustments. Other times, little ones can get stuck in a very wakeful sleep pattern that requires a more structured reset and optimisation process.
The approach we take will depend on your little one’s individual situation and what will work best for your family. Every recommendation is personalised, guided by evidence and – of course – does not involve any sleep training!
Can’t find a time that works?
I release appointments up to a week in advance. If you can’t find a time that works for you or your time zone, reach out – I work with families around the world and can often open up a spot at a different time.
Comprehensive Sleep Consultation
Get clarity on what’s behind the sleep challenges and a clear, personalised plan you can put into action right away.
This is for you if:
- You’re dealing with one or more sleep challenges (see below for examples) that you’d like help troubleshooting and addressing
- You’re comfortable taking a personalised plan and putting it into action independently, with follow-up consultations available if needed (details below)
Some examples of sleep challenges I can help with:
- Settling difficulties – taking a long time to fall asleep, resisting or fighting sleep
- Worry or uncertainty about how your little one falls asleep and whether you should be settling them differently
- Short naps (e.g. 10-20 minutes) or concerns about nap lengths
- Trouble transferring for naps
- Feeling ‘nap trapped’ or restricted by naps and wanting more flexibility in your days
- Nap transitions e.g. 3 to 2 naps, 2 to 1, or dropping naps altogether
- False starts (waking 30-60 minutes after first going to bed)
- Frequent night waking (e.g. waking hourly for some or all of the night)
- Split nights (awake for extended periods at night)
- Long periods of restlessness at night (sleeping lightly or needing to be held to stay asleep)
- Sleep ‘regressions‘ (a recent increase in wakefulness)
- Early morning waking e.g. 4:30am or 5am and it’s still dark outside
If your little one has been very wakeful for a while:
Improving and optimising sleep usually involves a process of testing, observing and refining the sleep pattern over a few weeks. It’s very common to need to make further adjustments based on how your little one responds.
Your plan includes guidance on how to go about doing this, but it’s worth keeping in mind that you may need 1-2 follow-up consultations as you work through the process.
Because every family and every sleep situation is different, I don’t offer fixed support packages. Instead, you have the flexibility to book follow-up consultations if / when you need them.
Prefer to do it yourself? If you’re happy with a 100% self-led approach, you can also work through the same evidence-based process with my Baby Sleep Revolution program. It includes step-by-step, pre-recorded lessons and a full suite of resources to help you both now and in the future as your little one’s sleep needs and sleep patterns change.

Health Considerations:
If you have any concerns that underlying health or developmental factor(s) may be contributing to your little one’s sleep, it’s important to explore this with your child’s healthcare provider as a first step. If your little one has any known health or developmental conditions that are already being appropriately managed, we’ll take this into account when tailoring your recommendations. My approach is primarily designed to optimise sleep where wakefulness is influenced by sleep pressure, sleep timing and broader sleep pattern factors.
Follow-Up Consultation
If you need further help after your initial consultation, you can book a 30-minute follow-up video consultation where we can look at how things are going, work through any challenges, and decide what adjustments or refinements to make.
Follow-up consultations are available within 8 weeks of your initial consultation.

The booking link is provided with your personalised sleep plan. I keep spots available for follow-up consultations, so you can book if/when you need one.
