This BSU Course includes:
- Lifetime access to approximately 4 hours of educational and instructional video content in total, including 2.5 hours of core content.
- Lifetime access to supporting downloadable PDF guides and notes.
Access to Course Content
All our video and downloadable content is made available in our Member’s Portal.
You understand and agree that you will have lifetime access to the BSU Course Content in the Member’s Portal. Lifetime access means access to the BSU Course Content for as long as the BSU Course continues to exist. If the Course is closed, content in the Member’s Portal will continue to be available to you until 6 months after we give notice to all members that it will be closed. If the Commenting feature (see below) is ever discontinued, members will also receive 3 months’ notice of this change.
Posting Comments in the Members Portal
Under some lessons, members have the option to post a comment – to ask a general question or to share thoughts, wins, or successes. If you have a question about the content and can’t find the answer in the course materials, you may post a short question in the Comments section under the relevant lesson, and the Georgina May Sleep team (BSU Course Facilitator) will aim to reply within 2 business days (Monday to Friday). All responses, including any examples provided, are general in nature and are not tailored to individual circumstances. Personalised, one-to-one support is not provided within the Comments sections. If you would like personalised support, you’re welcome to book a 1:1 consultation.
Comments must follow the rules set out under the video in the ‘Welcome to Baby Sleep Unlocked!’ lesson. Comments that don’t comply will be deleted. The Comments sections are regularly reviewed to keep them tidy and easy to navigate. Comments will remain visible for at least 1 month from the posting date but may be removed after that time. Wins and successes in the Comments may be shared (in de-identified form) on Georgina’s social media channels and emails to inspire and encourage other parents facing sleep challenges.
Toxic, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour – including spamming, naming and shaming, or sharing private information outside the Course – will result in immediate and permanent removal from the Course without refund.
Baby Sleep Revolution Program (BSR Program)
Baby Sleep Revolution is a self-led program for parents and primary caregivers of babies and toddlers aged 6 months and older (corrected/adjusted age if born prior to 37 weeks gestation/full term).
The BSR Program is designed to support sleep where excessive night wakefulness is primarily influenced by sleep pressure, sleep timing and overall sleep pattern factors, rather than underlying health or developmental factors.
If you have any concerns that an underlying health or developmental factor may be contributing to your child’s sleep, you must explore this with your child’s healthcare provider prior to implementing the Program. The Program should only be implemented once any identified health or developmental factors that may be contributing to sleep have been appropriately addressed or are being appropriately managed, and are not considered to be contributing to your child’s current sleep difficulties.
The BSR Program includes:
- Lifetime access to approximately 10 hours of educational and instructional video content in total, including approximately 4 hours of core content
- Lifetime access to supporting downloadable PDF guides and documents
- Lifetime access to the BSR Question Box
Access to Program Content in the Member’s Portal
All video and downloadable content is made available in the Georgina May Sleep Member’s Portal.
Members are able to post comments in some sections within the Program Content section of the Member’s Portal. Any response provided by the Georgina May Sleep team [BSR Program Facilitator] is general in nature. Personalised support and guidance specific to an individual’s situation is not included.
You understand and agree that you will have lifetime access to the BSR Program Content in the Member’s Portal. Lifetime access means ongoing access to the BSR Program Content for as long as the BSR Program continues to exist. If the Program is closed, BSR Program Content in the Member’s Portal will continue to be available to you until 6 months after we give notice to all members that it will be closed.
The BSR Question Box
The BSR Question Box within the Member’s Portal is available for general questions about the process or to clarify concepts covered in the lessons that you can’t find the answer to within the Program Content.
Simply post your question, and a member of the Georgina May Sleep team (BSR Program Facilitator) will reply within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, Queensland, Australia time), excluding public holidays. Please note that responses, including any examples provided, are general in nature and are not tailored to individual circumstances. Personalised, one-to-one coaching is not provided through the BSR Question Box. If you would like personalised guidance, you are welcome to book a Sleep Consultation with Georgina separately.
Questions posted in the Question Box must comply with the rules outlined above the box; any questions that don’t comply will be removed. The BSR Question Box is regularly reviewed by the BSR Program Facilitator to keep it easy to navigate and helpful for members. Posts will stay visible for a minimum of 1 month from the date of posting, after which they may be removed.
You understand and agree that you will have lifetime access to the BSR Question Box in the Member’s Portal. Lifetime access means access to the BSR Question Box for as long as the BSR Program continues to exist. If the Program is closed, the BSR Question Box will continue to be available to you for 3 months after we give notice to all members that it will be closed.
Set For Sleep – Sleep Prep Workshop & Pop-Up Parent Group (SFS Workshop)
The SFS Workshop is for expectant parents and caregivers, and parents and caregivers of newborn babies (0-6 weeks) and is run monthly.
The monthly SFS Workshop includes:
- A 1.5 hour live workshop + Q&A session (60 minute class + up to 30 minutes of live Q&A)
- A downloadable PDF summary with links to helpful resources and references to all studies cited in the workshop
- 6 months access to the workshop replay
- 7 days access to a private Set For Sleep (SFS) Pop-Up Parent Group on Facebook
Access to the Live Workshop
The live workshop is facilitated by Georgina and is held via Google Meet or another similar video-based conferencing software (to be confirmed at the time of purchase). A link to join the live workshop will be emailed to you 48 hours before the start of the live workshop.
Workshop attendees will have the opportunity to ask Georgina any general questions about baby sleep in the live Q&A session at the end of the workshop.
You do not have to attend the workshop live. The replay will be made available to all SFS Workshop participants as soon as possible after the workshop ends. You are able to pre-submit questions for the live Q&A and ask follow-up questions in the SFS Pop-Up Parent Group (see below).
Access to Workshop Replay + PDF Summary
The workshop replay (video) and downloadable PDF summary will be made available in our Member’s Portal as soon as possible (within 24 hours) of the live workshop ending. You will be sent login details for the Member’s Portal immediately after purchase, and will be notified again via email once the replay and PDF summary are available. You will have 6 months access to the replay and PDF summary from the date of the live workshop.
Access to the SFS Pop-Up Parent’s Group
As part of the SFS Workshop, you will also be invited to join a private SFS Pop-Up Parent Group on Facebook.
This group is a space to meet and connect with other parents-to-be and brand new parents participating in that month’s workshop. You can submit general baby sleep questions for Georgina to answer during the live Q&A, and post any follow-up questions in the group for up to 48 hours after the live workshop ends. Every effort will be made to answer submitted questions; however, posting a question does not guarantee a response. Personalised coaching and detailed guidance is not included. Q&A participation is subject to our fair use policy.
An invitation to join the group will be emailed to you when you first purchase the SFS Workshop. To join the group, you must provide us the same name and email address you used to purchase the SFS Workshop. Join requests will be approved when the group officially opens.
The group will open 48 hours before the live workshop starts. The group will close (be archived) five (5) days after the live workshop ends.
Members will be given the opportunity to create their own group (e.g. on Facebook / WhatsApp / or another platform) if they wish to stay connected after the pop-up group closes. Please note that any group created by participants is entirely their own initiative and responsibility. Georgina May Sleep is not affiliated with, responsible for, or liable in relation to any participant-led group.
The group membership is for one person only. Once you join, your membership is not transferable to another person. There is no obligation to join the group, however if you don’t join, you will be unable to ask Georgina questions prior to / after the live workshop. If you choose to leave the SFS Pop-Up Parent Group at any time, your access will not be re-instated.
You are responsible for how you utilise the SFS Pop-Up Parent Group. You rely on any information received within the Facebook group at your own risk. Any information shared in the group is for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for personalised medical or professional advice.
The SFS Workshop Facilitator is available within the private Facebook group for the purpose of group administration and moderation. From time to time, the Facilitator may reply to questions or share general information, guidance and tips with members of the SFS Pop-Up Parent Group. Please understand that this is not tailored advice to a particular individual.
You agree to abide by the SFS Pop-Up Parent Group rules of conduct (see Rules in group), respect the confidentiality of group discussions and the privacy of other members. Please understand that toxic, abusive and disrespectful conduct including spamming, naming and shaming, and sharing of private information of participants outside the Facebook group, will result in immediate removal from the SFS Workshop and the SFS Pop-Up Parent Group without refund.
All content posted by members reflects their own views and experiences. While members are expected to behave respectfully, Georgina May Sleep does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the accuracy or appropriateness of any member content, and is not liable for statements, advice, or content shared by participants.
Gentle Night Weaning Guide (GNW Guide)
The GNW Guide is a downloadable guide for parents and primary caregivers of babies and toddlers aged 12 months and older (corrected/adjusted age if born prior to 37 weeks gestation/full-term).
This GNW Guide includes:
- A downloadable PDF guide (e-book) with approximately 40 pages of informational and educational content.
Access to the GNW Guide in the Member’s Portal

You understand and agree that you will only have access to the GNW Guide in the Members Portal for 7 days from the date of purchase.
At the end of the 7 days, your access to the GNW Guide will end, whether you have used or downloaded it. It is your responsibility to download the GNW guide and save it to your device as soon as possible, before your access expires.
Sleep Consultations
From time to time, Georgina May Sleep may offer one-to-one (1:1) sleep consultations with parents.
These consultations are facilitated by Georgina and are held via Google Meet or another similar video-based conferencing software (to be confirmed at the time of booking).
The purpose of these consultations is to help you better understand your child’s sleep, troubleshoot potential contributors to sleep challenges, and provide personalised guidance and recommendations based on the information you provide.
You will be asked to complete a short pre-session intake form (to provide some further details on your child’s sleep / what you’d like help with) at least 2 hours before your session starts so Georgina can prepare ahead of the consultation. It is your responsibility to complete this intake form to obtain the maximum benefit of the consultation.
You are welcome to invite one other caregiver to join the consultation with you (and your child/ren) if you wish (e.g. child’s parent or a regular caregiver). They can join via the link on a separate device if they are not attending with you.
Recordings of consultations are not provided, however you are welcome to take written notes. Digital recording of the consultation by attendees is not permitted.
Depending on the consultation type, a personalised sleep plan and/or additional information or resources may be provided via email following the consultation. These materials are provided for your personal use only and must not be shared, reproduced, distributed, or uploaded to artificial intelligence tools or other platforms without prior permission.
Session Duration
The duration of your session is confirmed at booking.
Please ensure you join your session at the confirmed start time as the session time will not be extended if you are late.
You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet access for the duration of the session.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
There are limited consultations available, so when at all possible, we ask you not to cancel or reschedule your appointment once booked. This is because your session time has been reserved specifically for you and is therefore not available for another family needing help.
If you must cancel or reschedule, the following applies:
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- More than 48 hours’ notice: You can reschedule your appointment yourself using the link in your booking confirmation at no charge. If you can’t find a suitable time, please email [email protected] and we will do our best to find a time that suits.
- 24-48 hours’ notice: Please email [email protected] to request a reschedule. A $25 USD rescheduling fee applies.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: The full session fee is forfeited and the appointment cannot be rescheduled.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested via email at [email protected].
- More than 48 hours’ notice: A refund will be provided, less a $15 USD administration fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: No refund will be provided.
If for any reason the Facilitator needs to reschedule your session, you will not be charged a rescheduling fee. If for any reason the Facilitator needs to cancel your session, you will receive a full refund.
Any refunds and fees are processed in the same currency as the booking.
Sleep Consultation with Guided Support (SC+GS Package)
The SC+GS Package includes an initial sleep consultation plus a 4 week guided support package designed to provide families with practical guidance as they follow a process designed to reset and optimise their little one’s sleep pattern.
The SC+GS Package is designed to support sleep where excessive wakefulness is primarily influenced by sleep pressure, sleep timing and overall sleep pattern factors. While these are very common contributors to sleep challenges, other factors may also influence sleep, including health, developmental or environmental factors. Where these factors are contributing to wakefulness, they may limit the effectiveness of the recommendations provided or prevent your little one from achieving a consistently restful sleep pattern.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any known health concerns, developmental concerns or other factors that may be relevant to their little one’s sleep by completing the intake form accurately and discussing them during the initial consultation. If you have concerns that an underlying health or developmental condition may be contributing to your little one’s sleep challenges, you should explore this with your child’s healthcare provider before booking this package. This package is not designed to address sleep difficulties primarily caused by untreated or unmanaged health or developmental factors.
The SC+GS Package includes:
- A pre-session intake form review
- An initial 60 minute consultation with Georgina via video call
- A personalised sleep plan emailed shortly after your consultation
- Two 15-20 minute guidance calls with Georgina via video call to be held at mutually agreeable times in the 4 weeks following the initial consultation
- Option to email Georgina quick clarification or implementation questions during the 4 weeks following the initial consultation
The Guided Support package is designed to provide structured guidance as you implement your personalised sleep plan. Support is provided through the included guidance calls, with the option to email for quick clarification or simple implementation questions in between consultations/calls during the support period.
Initial Consultation & Guidance Calls
Your initial consultation must be booked at the time of purchase and must take place within 14 days of the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Your consultation will focus on creating your personalised plan, clarifying the steps to take in the coming days and weeks, and answering any questions you have about the process.
You will be asked to complete a short pre-session intake form (to provide some further details on your child’s sleep / what you’d like help with) at least 2 hours before your initial consultation starts so Georgina can prepare ahead of the consultation. It is your responsibility to complete this intake form to obtain the maximum benefit of the consultation.
A personalised sleep plan and/or additional information or resources will be provided via email following the initial consultation. These materials are provided for your personal use only and must not be shared, reproduced, distributed, or uploaded to artificial intelligence tools or other platforms without prior permission.
Your package includes two 15-20-minute guidance calls. The booking link for these will be emailed to you with your personalised sleep plan after the consultation. These calls may be scheduled at any stage in the 4 weeks following your initial consultation. If they are not used within this timeframe, they will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or carried over.
Consultations and calls are available during Australian (Queensland) business hours. If you are unable to find a suitable appointment time, please contact Georgina, who will endeavour to accommodate your time zone where possible. Availability at specific preferred times cannot be guaranteed.
Recordings of consultations/calls are not provided, however you are welcome to take written notes. Digital recording of the consultation by attendees is not permitted.
Consultation/Call Attendance
Please ensure you join your consultation/calls at the confirmed start time as the session time will not be extended if you are late. You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet access for the duration of the session.
You are welcome to invite one other caregiver to join any consultation/calls with you (and your child/ren) if you wish – for example, the child’s other parent or a regular caregiver. They are able to join via a separate device if they are not physically with you.
Consultation/Call Rescheduling
If at all possible, we ask you not to cancel or reschedule your consultation/calls once booked. This is because your session time has been reserved specifically for you and is therefore not available for another family needing help.
If absolutely necessary, consultations/calls may be rescheduled in the booking system with more than 48 hours notice, or with at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting us via email ([email protected]).
The initial consultation is a critical component of the Package and must take place within 14 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed. If you need to reschedule this session, every effort will be made to accommodate one change within the 14-day booking window, subject to availability.
For all consultations and calls, if less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, or if you do not attend a scheduled consultation/call, or repeated attempts are made to reschedule, the consultation/call may be forfeited at our discretion.
If for any reason the Facilitator needs to reschedule any consultation/call, every effort will be made to rebook it as soon as possible, at a time that is mutually convenient.
All consultations and calls must take place within the 4 week package period unless otherwise agreed. Any unused consultations/calls will be forfeited and are not refundable.
Email for Quick Clarification or Implementation Questions
The email option is provided for quick clarification or simple implementation questions that can be answered in a few sentences, without needing to use one of your included guidance calls.
If your question requires more than a brief response (e.g. more than a few sentences), involves reviewing your little one’s progress or making recommendations about how to adjust or refine their sleep pattern, or requires ongoing back-and-forth to clarify the situation, we’ll instead use one of your included Guidance Calls.
Email is not intended for in-depth support, regular updates, daily check-ins, reassurance, reviews of sleep diaries or sleep patterns or multiple or complex questions.
Responses are provided on business days (Monday to Friday, Queensland, Australia time), excluding public holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response, though Georgina will aim to reply sooner whenever possible. If your email is sent on a weekend or public holiday, the response timeframe will begin from the next Queensland business day.
The email option is available throughout your 4 week package period starting on the date of your initial consultation.
Conversion to Standalone Sleep Consultation
The Sleep Consultation with Guided Support is designed for families who are looking for practical guidance and support while implementing a tailored sleep plan. It is important that this level of support and the approach recommended are a good fit for your family’s situation.
If, during the initial consultation or within 24 hours following the initial consultation, either you or Georgina feels that Guided Support is not the right fit or is not the most appropriate option for your family, Georgina may convert the booking to a standalone Sleep Consultation.
If a booking is converted, the refund amount will be the difference between the Sleep Consultation fee and the Sleep Consultation with Guided Support fee, less $25 USD to cover the additional consultation time and payment processing costs.
After this time, the Guided Support package is considered confirmed and is no longer eligible for conversion.
Pricing and Payment
The price of our products and services are advertised on our website. All prices are in USD (unless otherwise marked) and are inclusive of GST for participants who are Australian residents.
We reserve the right to change prices from time to time. Please check our website for the most current pricing information.
We do not have payment plans available at this stage. Payments must be made upfront in full.
Refund Policy
The nature of our digital products is that we provide you access to all digital materials once you make a purchase. In other words, the full value of our products is delivered to you when we provide you your unique login details to access our member platforms.
For consultations and consultation packages, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and may no longer be available for another family once booked. Preparation for your consultation, including review of your intake form, commences prior to your scheduled appointment.

- (Sleep Consultations) – Refer to the Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy under the Sleep Consultations section above.
- (Sleep Consultation with Guided Support) – Refer to the Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy under the Sleep Consultation with Guided Support section above.
If a refund is granted, we will terminate your access to the Program/Course/Guide immediately.
Where a refund is provided at our discretion, any applicable administration fee reflects the administrative time required to process the refund, update access and records, and recover non-refundable transaction and payment processing costs associated with the original purchase.
Refunds (and any administration fees) are processed in the same currency as the original purchase.
