Private Coaching Sessions
From time to time, Georgina May Sleep may offer private one-to-one (1:1) sleep education/coaching sessions with parents.
These sessions are facilitated by Georgina and are held via Google Meet or another similar video-based conferencing software (to be confirmed at the time of booking).
The purpose of these sessions is for you to ask Georgina questions in order to gain a better understanding of baby and toddler sleep in general, and/or to troubleshoot possible causes of wakefulness for your child. Georgina may also share relevant evidence-based guidance and recommendations that you can choose to apply with the aim of reducing wakefulness/improving your child’s sleep.
You will be asked to complete a short pre-session questionnaire (to provide some further details on your situation / what you’d like help with) at least 48 hours before your session so that Georgina can prepare ahead of the session. It is your responsibility to complete this questionnaire to obtain the maximum benefit of the coaching session.
You are welcome to invite one other caregiver to join the session with you if you wish (e.g. child’s parent or a regular caregiver).
Private coaching sessions are not recorded, however, you are welcome to take written notes, and if considered relevant by Georgina, you may be provided with further information or resources via email at the end of the session.
Session Duration
The duration of your session is confirmed at booking.
Please ensure you join your session at the confirmed start time as the session time will not be extended if you are late. You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet access for the duration of the session.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
There are very limited private coaching sessions available, so when at all possible, we ask you not to cancel or reschedule your appointment once booked. This is because your session time has been reserved specifically for you and is therefore not available for another family needing help.
If you wish to reschedule your appointment but are unable to find a suitable time in the booking calendar, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible and we will do our best to find an alternative session time for you. If a suitable time cannot be found, your appointment will be cancelled in accordance with the policy below.
If you must cancel or reschedule, the following applies:
- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice, you will be charged a $35 USD cancellation fee.
- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a $75 USD cancellation fee.
- If you are a ‘no-show’ for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount (100%) of the consultation fee.
If for any reason the Facilitator needs to cancel or reschedule your session, you will not be charged.
